I am a portfolio manager with Creoal consulting. My organization supports customers running Oracle EBS, JDE, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud. Products include ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM. My firm runs Oracle Cloud HCM and is implementing Oracle Cloud ERP.
What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?
The "Member Led " is what is most important to me. Content provided by the users, for the users, at the request of the users. The mission statement clearly states what we should do, and more importantly, what we must do if we are to continue to be relevant.
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
I have run a consulting practice for the better part of 15 years across several organizations. I am an Oracle ACE and am a frequent contributor via Webinars and at in person events. My company does use Oracle Cloud, so I am a customer even though I provide Oracle services. I know the organization usually likes end users in this role, but I truly think that what we need right now is a Board member that is not afraid to make some hard decisions and deliver a message that is direct and beneficial to the members. We need new ideas, new approaches, and new ways to connect.
Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:
I am currently the Chair of the Education Committee, was co-chair for two years prior to that, and have served on the committee since 2014. I am also the co-chair of the Multi-National SIG.
