Schema privileges will make privilege management much easier. The new SQL Firewall embedded in the database will make stopping malicious SQL injection attacks easier. TLS 1.3 is here and brings better performance along with some simplifications on configuring TLS. But you don’t need 23c; learn how 19c has a few tricks up it’s sleeve, like password rollover, which allows the user to have two working passwords for a short amount of time.
