Title: VP, Applications
Membership Type: Associate
What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?
Having been active in OATUG for 15 years and having served on the board of directors for 8 years, I have seen first-hand how this member led organization has helped both users and organizations to maximize their investment in Oracle and partner products. I began as a member that benefitted from the expertise of other OATUG members – going to Collaborate, talking to users, reading Insight magazine – it helped me to do my job better. It wasn’t very long before I wanted to give back and OATUG helped me do that as well. It provided a forum where I could share what I had learned, where I could contribute in meaningful ways to discussions with Oracle leadership, and where I could be a part of a community that strives for excellence in their work.

Why are you running for the board, and what skills, connections, resources, and expertise do you have to offer to the organization?
I am running for the board because I’m passionate about sharing the OATUG mission of education, networking, and advocacy to Oracle and wants to continue the work the board is doing to benefit the OATUG community. With education and experience in E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud applications and their supporting technologies, I bring a broad spectrum of both technical and functional knowledge. My current role at Keste provides the opportunity to interface with multiple customers in diverse business areas, assisting them with strategic planning, system design and business transformation. I also have connections within Oracle EBS and Cloud product management teams which enables me to provide feedback to Oracle leadership from the OATUG membership and to share product strategy and roadmap with the members. I want to utilize these skills and relationships to work with the board on the continued development of partnerships and programs that will best serve the membership.
Tell us about your current professional role and what Oracle products you are using and/or supporting.
As a VP at Keste, I lead the Applications Modernization practice. Because Keste delivers solutions for complex business problems and is a full stack digital innovator and systems integrator with applications, middleware, and technology experience, I have had the opportunity to partner with global customers on solutions utilizing E-Business Suite, Cloud Applications, EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle integration products, and Oracle Web Center Imaging. Working with customers in many diverse business areas gives me insights into industry and system best practices that I can utilize when working with the board on strategic planning for the OATUG membership.
