How to Pass a New ERP Implementation Audit With Flying Colors – The First Time Around!

Abstract:
Clayton Homes, Inc. has completed 2 of 3 phases of a Cloud Financials/SCM Implementation. Clayton had their first Pre/Post Implementation Audit after their first go live, but before the second phase was completed. In this presentation, we will look at the proactive steps Clayton Homes took to ensure their audit went smoothly with no major findings. We will review the processes they performed, the methods that impressed the Auditors, and how the word "Audit” became a positive word.

1: Explain how custom role design is done utilizing Segregation of Duties (SODs), role-based provisioning based on least privilege
2: Understand how a good workflow review/design configuration with positive/negative review can mitigate SOD conflicts
3: Explain how preventative role-based provisioning based on SOD (stacking of roles) can be done to filter out conflicts before they become issues
