I'm running for the OATUG Board because I’m passionate about this community and excited to bring a fresh perspective to the team.  With 20+ years in the Oracle ecosystem as an end-user, IT analyst, implementer, and associate software provider, I offer a 360-degree viewpoint.  I deeply identify with the need to have a forum to share real world experiences with peers as well as learn about new solutions.  I am running to bridge User and Associate community needs, foster peer learning, and leverage my industry network across Oracle leadership to expand OATUG membership.

As a current Women in Technology (WIT) Chairwomen and having been an active participant for 3+ years, I would like to continue to shape community initiatives and mentor emerging leaders. At the past three OATUG conferences, I presented educational sessions on global tax technology and e-invoicing, served on the Change Management panel, led communication webinars, WIT Tea Times, and authored an article for OATUG Insight magazine. 

Oracle Applications & Technology Expertise:

I specialize in core enterprise processes—specifically Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) as it relates to global tax compliance and e-Invoicing.  I currently collaborate directly with Oracle product and engineering teams on joint development across Oracle Cloud ERP, E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

I am running to help OATUG members translate rapid Oracle innovation into practical, measurable business value while strengthening the association's global relevance, membership growth, and engagement programs. 
 
Leadership, Strategic Planning & Volunteer Roles:
I volunteer as a Board Member at KARE School Hyderabad, shaping sustainable education for first-generation learners, and as CEO/Chairman of ISCEA, advancing global supply chain awareness pro bono. I regularly present at international conferences and publish case studies, sharing knowledge with the Oracle and supply chain community. 

As Director at Deloitte, I led South Region Supply Chain delivery, business development, and thought leadership, and directed Asia's largest Oracle implementation in the Metals and Mining sector. At IBM, I served as Solution Manager on a winning $900M ERP deal. I currently serve on the Boards of IIM Kozhikode and KARE School, and as CEO/Chairman of ISCEA, shaping strategy, governance, and member value for global professional bodies. I am passionate about technology and how it can be used to streamline processes, remove administrative overhead, and empower people.

7 years ago, I changed careers from teaching preschool to becoming an IT professional. I was fortunate enough to work for a member company of OATUG and immediately got involved with the organization. This was one of the most pivotal things for my career change and empowered me to be where I am today. This has led me to give back to the organization that was so instrumental in my success so that I can help others in their career path by steering OATUG in a direction that is most beneficial to its members. Since joining the organization I have volunteered in the following capacity:

I want to contribute that hands-on perspective, plus my depth in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Financials, to help the Board deliver content members can put to immediate use.

As a Manager in Terillium's Oracle Cloud practice, I lead our firm's AI initiative, setting strategy for AI learning and upskilling, and shaping our AI-driven sales methodology company-wide. I've carried that vision into the OATUG community itself where I presented at Ascend 2026 to strong member feedback, then was invited back for AI Week 2026, where I presented to over 100 virtual attendees where we had extensive follow-up questions and feedback. I'm ready to turn that momentum into formal Board service.

12 years of experience across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud, with particular depth in delivering technical solutions for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Financials. I have led several of Accenture's major Oracle wins in Oracle Cloud programs and managed a $5 million global Oracle transformation program as Program Manager.

Why I am Running: 
I’m running for the OATUG Board of Directors because I truly value the connections, knowledge sharing, and support that OATUG provides to the Oracle community. With more than 20 years of IT experience and extensive experience working with Oracle ERP, I want to give back, share what I’ve learned, and help ensure members continue to have a strong voice and valuable resources. 

Leadership, Strategic Planning & Volunteer Roles:
I currently work at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), where I lead a team, manage enterprise application initiatives, and work closely with leadership and business areas to make sure technology supports our organization’s goals.  

Oracle Experience
I have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 and 12.2.15, including GL, AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Projects, Grants, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Inventory, EAM, OTL, Budgetary Control, and ECC. I’ve also been involved in Oracle upgrades, integrations, automation, and process improvements. 

Global Representation:  
JTA is a U.S.-based public transportation organization, so I would bring a public-sector and transportation perspective to the Board.

Why I am Running:

Oracle applications are at an inflection point — AI agents, Redwood, and cloud modernization are reshaping how members work. I want to bring a hands-on practitioner's voice to OATUG's strategic direction, ensuring members get practical guidance on moving AI from proof-of-concept to production, not just vendor messaging. 

I'll contribute proven community-building experience, deep functional expertise, and energy for growing OATUG's education programs and Oracle relationships. 

Leadership, Strategic Planning & Volunteer Roles:

  • Co-Chair, OATUG/Quest AI & GenAI Special Interest Group — organizing member events on enterprise AI adoption 

  • Founder, Quest SCM Cloud SIG 

  • Frequent conference speaker: Ascend, BLUEPRINT 4D, Oracle Cloud Summit, Oracle AI World 

  • Oracle ACE Pro and IEEE Senior Member 

  • 21+ years leading global Oracle programs; TOGAF, SAFe, and PMP certified — strategic planning and governance are core to my day job leading enterprise finance systems transformation 

Oracle Experience: 

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud: SCM, Procurement, Financials, CX 

  • Architecture and integration: FDI, BICC, OIC, BIP/OTBI, global e-invoicing mandates 

  • AI-enabled process automation and agentic AI within Oracle ERP
